Top Producing Dallas Realtors: Becky Frey
February 27th, 2013 | by Michelle
Top Individual Producer Becky Frey characterized 2012 as “a year like no other.” This 30-year-veteran of the Dallas real estate industry and 2012 Top Producer at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty cited growing consumer confidence and realistically priced homes as two of the major reasons why sales increased substantially last year.
“I think people recognized that home prices have stopped falling and are starting on the uptick,” said this native of Arkansas and SMU graduate. “People who’ve been waiting on the sidelines began to realize that it’s decision time.”
Although she specializes in homes in the Bluffview, Devonshire and Park Cities neighborhoods, Frey also has a hand in the first-time buyer market, where those looking to move from renter to owner are highly motivated by low interest rates and rising rents. “People coming out of the rental market are aware of the opportunities out there now. Young buyers have confidence in a big way,” said Frey.
For Frey, the changing market means that her role as an advisor is more significant than ever. She dedicates a great deal of time to analyzing market trends on a street-by-street basis and communicates that information to clients throughout the listing, selling and buying process. “My goal is always to help clients make a good decision that makes them happy. I want them to feel like we are in this together. Their level of satisfaction is directly related to my ability to be successful,” she said. “Our entire company is committed to the highest level of service and marketing. Robbie Briggs has great taste – in architecture, business, and in people. He has assembled the finest, successful agents and we all work together to ensure everyone’s success.”
A well-known leader in the real estate community, Frey is instantly recognized for her enthusiastic and positive personality. “Becky has an incredible reputation for having great relationships throughout the community,” said Robbie Briggs, CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. “Agents, clients, architects and builders all speak very highly of Becky’s knowledge and professionalism.”
Already 2013 is looking like another busy year, with clients once again excited about listing their homes and moving to the next phase of life. For Frey, that means hours spent connecting people and properties and running numbers and making sure transactions go smoothly.
“After 30 years I still love putting people into homes they love. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to help people find a great place to live,” said Frey.
