Top Producing Dallas Realtors: Ginger Nobles and Susan Baldwin

The market uptick in 2012 made for an exciting year in Dallas’ rebounding real estate industry. Buyers and sellers who’d been waiting on the sidelines finally got back in the game, taking advantage of well-priced homes, historically low interest rates and robust inventory levels.
For Ginger Nobles and Susan Baldwin, last year’s growing market also meant more than $50 million in production and new types of buyers and sellers looking for premier homes that fit evolving needs and new phases of life.
“The market returned in a new way,” said Susan Baldwin. “It wasn’t just about young families looking for homes. We had a number of clients looking to downsize square footage without sacrificing any of the amenities they’d come to know and love. Others were looking to move up to more space in order to accommodate growing families and visits from grandkids.”
The Nobles-Baldwin team also saw several clients move from traditional, Park Cities homes to ultra-modern, high-rise living in the growing Uptown neighborhood. “It’s wonderful that people can move to an entirely new lifestyle where they can walk to restaurants and museums and still be within a five-minute drive from their old community,” said Ginger Nobles. “Dallas has so many new neighborhoods that you really can experience a new lifestyle and still be close to all the familiar people and places.”
After more than a decade as a team with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Nobles-Baldwin saw another shift in the market. Clients began moving to the nearby north suburbs where they were able to find beautiful homes convenient to North Texas’ many growing business centers—whether that be a large estate in Plano or a small ranch in Prosper.
“Clients are willing to go to new places to find the perfect home and lifestyle,” said Baldwin. The team considers it a privilege to connect clients with the right home in the right neighborhood to meet their needs.
“Ginger and Susan have a great deal of market knowledge about all the Dallas neighborhoods, and they are so talented at matching clients with wonderful homes and communities,” said Robbie Briggs, CEO of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
