In this fast-moving market, agents are advising buyers to be ready with paperwork showing proof of funds for cash purchases or pre-approval for a loan. Recently an agent helped clients find a home in University Park—the night before it was made available to the public. They were the first in the door with paperwork in hand and won the contract on the spot—beating out four other agents with clients.
We have several smart-sizing client looking to live comfortably in the French streets of Old Highland Park with spacious rooms to house their children over the holidays.
